1985 : Mrs. Schmutzer
Gabriela Giorgiana was graduated the famous number one in Romania
Economics Academy in Bucharest. The same year she became an well known
dental practitioner.
1986-2003: Mrs. Schmutzer
acted as Manager in economics, marketing consultancy , supplying and
administration within several state and then private companies.
1998-1999 : Diversifying
her professional interests, Mrs. Schmuzter Gabriela Giorgiana graduated
several multi-disciplinary training courses (IT , Financial Consultancy
)
2003- 2006: Valorizing
her experience and interest in both economics and social issues, Mrs.
Schmutzer Gabriela Giorgiana jointed the team of the Municipality
of 6th district of Bucharest, Romania as Executive Director
of the General Direction of Social Aid and Child Protection. She coordinates
and manage important strategic programs and really innovative social
projects by public and public-private partnerships (see attached presentation)i
2002-2006: Continually
interested in growing her carrier, Mrs. Schmutzer Gabriela Giorgiana
graduated several courses in public administration management, governmental
strategy for EU integration, financial management, EU social politics,
communications techniques in public administration by the National
Institute of Public Administration in Bucharest.
By 2005-2006 she became
Master in Management and Legislation in Industry, Administration and
Services by the Technical University Gheorghe Asachi, Iasi , Romania.
